This small application from GeoVid allow you to extract audio from video. The supported video formats are AVI, ASF, DAT, MOV, MP4, MPEG and WMV. Output sound will be in mp3 format, so that the extracted audio can be listen directly in your MP3 player without additional conversion .

If you need a free FTP client, Core FTP is not a bad choice. This FTP client has user-freindly featrures such as drag and drop, a site manager, a session manager, a queue manager, custom screens, bandwidth control, caching, auto-transfer, retry/resume, auto-reconnect options, auto S/key, remote file-searching, advanced directory listings, start/stop/resume of transfers, chmod. All these features make this FTP client very suitable for beginners or professionals.
With Core FTP, you dont have to worry if you have a bad connection with the server, because the list of files is stored into session, which can be resumed anytime.
Compared to another FTP client,which I have used before, FileZilla, you can edit the files on your FTP-server in real time, such as PHP files.

The bad side:
This is a single threaded application. It only uploads one file at a time. At this point, FileZilla transfers the files quicker to the server.
